[iv] Cinematographic films
[v] Gramophone Records
[vi] Broadcasts

[c] REQUIREMENTS

The work must be original and must have been written, recorded or in material form.

[d] CUSTODIANS

-Individuals jointly or severally
-Successors in title
-Corporate bodies
-Governments
-International bodies

They include:

authors, artists, musicians, performers, publishers, broadcasters,
recorders, architects, sculptures.

[e] CHARACTERISTICS

Copyright occurs automatically and lasts 50 years after death of
author.
