Registration of Companies by Foreigners/Investors

[a] LAW The Companies Act - Chapter 85

[b] TYPES OF COMPANIES

[i] Locally registered private or public limited companies
[ii] Locally registered business name/partnership
[iii] Foreign companies as registered in home country/original registration.

[c] FEES

Local companies are paid for in local currency and foreign
companies are paid for by US$ 470.00

[d] ELIGIBILITY

Any individual or corporation can register any type of
business association they want. They can do it by personally
presenting the required documents to the Registrar General’s
office or through an advocate with a valid practicing
certificate.
