Registration of non governmental organisations
[a] LAW -The Non Governmental Organisations Statute No. 5 of 1989
[b] PROCEDURE -The applicant first reserves the name with the
Registrar General.
-Collects application forms from the NGO Board,
Ministry of Internal Affairs.
-First registration is done by NGO Board
Second registration may be done under the Companies Act by the Registrar of Companies
Where the applicant wants to comply with the
Companies Act as a Company Limited by Guarantee or an unlimited company.
