The Ministry of Justice and constitutional affairs senior staff converged at Munyonyo Resort for their annual retreat that was officially opened by the Hon. Minister of Justice and Constitutional affairs, Kahinda Otafire with great and purely guiding remarks, for more follow the following link, Minister's speech. Before he read out his speech, the Minister argued his employees to look at him as a source of joy and always be open and honest to him so as to promote and archive the ministry's objectives and be able to deliver to the Ministry's clients effectiviely and effeciently. He further emphasized the spirit of self confidence when executing duties and stressed the point that him being the responsible office to the president, all such issues that require attention beyond the officers' levels, its his responsibility to handle and as such should always be directed to him for handling and consideration

Minister of State
Frederic Ruhindi, more commonly known as Freddie Ruhindi or Fred Ruhindi, is a Ugandan lawyer and politician. He is the current State Minister for Justice & Constitutional Affairs in the Ugandan Cabinet. He has served in that capacity since 2006. In the cabinet reshuffle of 16 February 2009, and that of 27 May 2011, he retained his cabinet post. He is also the elected Member of Parliament representing Nakawa Division in Kampala District.
