| Mr. B. Kainamura was appointed Commissioner Contracts and Negotiations in July 1995. He is currently the Acting Director, Legal Advisory Services.

Qualifications:
He holds a Bachelor of Laws Degree (LLB) from Makerere University and a Diploma in Legal Practice from the Law Development Centre.
He has attended numerous courses and obtained certificates from National and International training institutes in the fields of:
- Intellectual Property Rights
- Capital Markets
- Loan negotiations
- Privatization and Sector Reforms
