he International Criminal Court (ICC) Review Conference is scheduled to take place from 31st May ? 11 June 2010 in Kampala, Uganda. The Conference is a gathering of great significance expected to bring together between 1500 and 2000 delegates from all corners of the globe. Participation in the Conference shall be open to representatives of states parties to the Rome Statute, observer states, states not having observer status, representatives designated by intergovernmental organizations and other entities that have received a standing invitation from the General Assembly of the United Nations, representatives designated by regional intergovernmental organizations or other international bodies invited to the Rome Conference (of 1998), representatives of subsidiary bodies of the Assembly of States Parties, officials and staff of the ICC, officials and staff of the United Nations, non-governmental organizations invited to the Rome Conference and other persons accredited or invited to attend the Conference (including representatives of press, radio, film, television or other information media). The Conference shall take place in Kampala at Munyonyo Commonwealth Resort on the shores of Lake Victoria, 12 kilometers from the city centre.
