1982: Worked with the Ministry of Justice and rose for the bank of pupil state Attorney to Principal state attoney.was mainly a legislative draftsman and served as a legal desk officer of the preferential trade area 1980-1982 President of the Guild at the Law Development Centre

1995: was part of a three months consultancy team (Incafex Consultants Ltd) that proposed and drafted the Condominium Bill

1966-1999 Chaired and steered the Bugolobi Market Development Steering Committee in building the new Bugolobi Market
